Do you provide care for adults with disabilities?
Yes. Safe at Home provides non-medical in-home support for older adults and individuals with disabilities based on their individual needs.
Can Nebraska Medicaid help pay for in-home care?
Eligible individuals may receive approved services through Nebraska Medicaid programs, including the Aged and Disabled Waiver and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Waiver.

Can a family member be paid to provide care?
In some situations, yes. Certain family members may be able to receive pay for providing approved care to an eligible loved one.

Safe at Home works with private-pay clients as well as eligible individuals receiving services through Nebraska Medicaid Waiver programs. We also help families understand options such as the Legally Responsible Individual (LRI) program, which may allow an eligible family member to be paid for approved care.
