Hiring Information

Position: Caregiver (non-medical) No prior experience required.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Helping Clients with everyday activities such as cooking, cleaning, and errands

  • Transporting clients to and from appointments and/or community activities

  • Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Medication reminders and following service plan

  • Document client care and ADL’s in Axiscare

  • Must complete online training assignments

Hours

  • Full-time, part-time, and seasonal

  • Variety of shift options to choose from: 

    • We offer clients between 2-24hr care a day, so we have available shifts occur all throughout the day in most areas, all employees have the option to pick their desired hours, and as long as we have shifts available during that time and the caregiver-client is a good match, our scheduling team does their best to meet the employee's request.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Legal adult, over the age of 18

  • Must pass a background check

  • Must be able to perform basic ADL assistance with housekeeping, cooking, and shows patience and compassion for client

  • Recommended skills include: Problem-solving, communication, time-management, dependability
