WHAT WE OFFER

In-house training and Resume Enhancement

Our contractors are required to complete an introductory CNA course as well as receive CPR and First Aid certification, with payment reimbursement from our company. We also mandate monthly training sessions to be completed at own pace so that contractors are well informed and comfortable with clients, such as: Documenting Client Care, How to Transfer Clients Safely, Alzheimer's and Dementia, and more.

Close knit community

Our contractors and clients form close bonds through continuous care. We also heavily emphasize the need for familiarity between contractors in order to provide the best team care.

Scheduling flexibility and Weekly Pay

Safe At Home is a site manager that assists private contractors with pairing to clients. Contractors have the capability to decide on an individual basis how many households they would like to sign with at a time and their availability of work hours. Pay is scheduled and released on a weekly basis.

We want contractors who are comfortable not only providing physical wellbeing care, but also those who can serve as companions and caregivers to our clients. Our contractors range from first time caregivers to retired individuals.
