Scheduling flexibility and Bi-Weekly Pay

Different clients have designated hours of help that they need ranging from 2- 24 hours a day, thus employees are able to have flexibility of hours when choosing which client/s to assist.

In-house training and Resume Enhancement

Our employees are required to complete 5 online courses (at no cost to them) to assist them with their everyday job duties. These include: The Role of a Caregiver, Reporting and Documenting Client Care, CPR Updates, Basics of First Aid, and Working with Non-Compliant Clients. We also offer continuing education courses so that we can keep our caregivers as well-informed and comfortable with clients as possible.

Employees are able to enroll into chosen insurance plans. Options include: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Supplemental.
